My style documents for a wedding day exactly as it happened. Your photographs are a collection of images that tell the unscripted story of your day as it unfolds rather than the traditional style of wedding photography. After your wedding day has been and gone what becomes more important and has more significance over the years are your photos. You don’t remember how you stood there smiling at the camera waiting for the photographer to take the picture but you remember the moments, the emotion and all the details: the dress, the flowers, venue, decorations, the band, your guests reactions, moments that you missed because you simply can’t take everything in. The day goes by so fast and before you know it it’s over. All of that time and effort planning your wedding day and all the little details that can easily be missed which is why I love to document everything. It’s the greatest compliment when couples tell me they are amazed at the moments I managed to capture and they didn’t even realise I had been there. I may get asked for some posed group shots which I take as natural as possible. I don’t work to a shot list. I catch moments as they happen rather than creating the same typical shot that you’ve seen over and over again on Pinterest. I limit the time that I take you both away for couple shots to around 15 to 20 minutes at a time when the light is the best, depending on the weather and the time of year this could be during your drinks reception or just before dancing starts and I set these up to be moments too rather than standing smiling at the camera. I am based in London but travel all over the UK. I offer wedding photography for small weddings, registry office, religious ceremonies, 6 hours up to 12 hours. Every wedding is unique which is why each of my packages is tailored to each couple that I work with to make sure it is personalised to them and captures their day exactly how they want it.
