Flashback Photography South East – what inspired us to create our wedding photography package

Flashback Photography South East was created after our struggle to find a photographer for our own wedding. We found there were so many different options and packages based upon monetary value and this became confusing.

This frustrated us as we believe every photography package should be offering the very best to everyone despite their budget. Due to this we decided to offer exactly that.

We offer one simple pricing package covering a wedding from bridal preparation to the first dance for £899.

We think it is vital to capture your special moments and strive to bring an efficient and above all relaxed approach to your day. Our approach to your special day is to be as unobtrusive as possible. It is your day and it should revolve around you not the suppliers you have hired.

We will work with you before, during and after your big day in order to meet and hopefully exceed all of your expectations!

About Flashback Photography South East and the people behind the scenes

My name is Neil and I work with my wife Samantha. Having two of us to help document your day is brilliant. This gives me the advantage of being able to spend more time behind the lens. Samantha works passionately throughout the day preparing our equipment and organising the guests – this allows us to capture your beautiful, honest and raw emotions throughout your day.

We believe that you should always get a 5* service and get the best package without having to pay extra. This was the reason Flashback Photography South East was created in the first place.

We held our wedding in Kent and found that there were so many variations of price and what was included in photography packages. We decided we wanted to help other people by ensuring what we offer is affordable with just one package. This package includes everything you need to document your special day. Taking away the confusion for other couples!

Our Equipment

We use top of the range Nikon DSLR’s and lenses. With extra cameras, lenses and lighting equipment for the rare event that they may be required. We will ensure that even if we have an issue with the equipment on the day we always have sufficient backups regardless.

When we are not behind the camera and have some down time, we love to travel. We still of course take our cameras with us to try to capture breath taking shots wherever we go. We particularly enjoy visiting the Caribbean due to the beautiful sunsets and vast rainforest landscapes it has to offer.

Spending time with our family is also important. We cherish these moments as often as we can. Watching our family grow is fantastic. We of course use every opportunity we can to take pictures to document our life story as well as our clients!

Having a job we love is fantastic! Every shoot we undertake is important to us. We would love to share our passion with you and help document your special occasions too.

Wedding planning is hard work, let us help!

We love to meet you before your day. So upon or after booking depending on your availability. We will arrange a date to sit down and discuss what you would like from us on your big day. We will discuss any particular poses you want us to capture or specific family shots you would like to document. Were also happy to even offer some help and advice if you are unsure about what you would like, we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes. From this initial meeting we will ask for you to create your own personalised shot list for you. This will enable all the special shots you would like to be taken. Enabling you to get the most out of us!

Months of planning have at last paid off and it’s now time to relax and enjoy your day!   We believe that photography is a beautiful way to capture memories. So taking time to get group and couple shots is vital. Also capturing genuine unscripted moments on camera can be just as precious.

What we do to help you feel relaxed with your wedding photography:

We aim to capture everything you would like on your big day. The only thing we ask from you prior to your day, is a personalised shot list documenting all the group shots you would like. The reason for this, is that it then allows my wife Samantha help to organise guests. You should definitely not have to worry about rounding people up, so this is one thing we strive to take care of for you. We would like you to have a relaxed wedding photography experience.

We will arrange to meet you prior to your big day. This is one of the ways to ensure you are relaxed on your occasion. We will discuss anything you would love to capture and anything you wouldn’t like discussing the finer details in person. We like you to feel relaxed with us before the day so that you can be as relaxed as possible behind the camera when it matters the most.

Above all, remember this is your day to have fun and relax. We aim to capture natural shots. Rather than forcing our clients to say ‘cheese’, we like our couples to be themselves in order to capture their real emotions. We strive to achieve relaxed wedding photography.
